Making Life Easier with E-Marketing Tools - Part 2

Instant Article Wizard
This is a tool which claims to enable the user to create unique, high-quality articles in a fraction of the time it would normally take, without the need with an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. The application consists of a series of tabbed screens, which guide you through the process of creating your article, each of which prompts an important series of actions along the way.
The first screen requires you to enter the keywords which best describe the subject matter of your article. The application will then suggest a series of topics for you to choose from, which relate to the overall subject. Once you’ve chosen the topics you wish to include, the application searches its database and the Internet for appropriate content.
The next step allows you to format the information you have been presented with, in order to create an article structured to your needs, with an introduction, sub-topics, and conclusion forming the main body. Also, this is a great opportunity to improve the flow of your work, as the application does not intuitively structure the content in a “human-friendly” way. Once complete, the finished work can be exported to a word processor, for final amendments to be made.
Using Instant Article Wizard allows novices to write 400 to 500 word articles in less than 20 mins, and with continued use, and a little practice, it is more than possible to complete the same amount of work in less than 10 minutes.
Instant Article Wizard is a stand-alone application that you can install on your PC. There is also a Pro version, which is hosted by the owner, Jonathan Leger (of Adsense Gold fame), which allows you to access it from wherever you wish, via the Internet. The hosted version promises shorter wait times for content searches, though the 250,000+ content Database may restrict the amount of information available to those writing on obscure subjects. After all, if the subject matter isn’t covered by the Database, there’s nowhere else for IAW Pro to look. The basic version of IAW harnesses the power of the Internet to cover all subjects.
One interesting feature that does help along the way it the “Context Link”, which allows you to follow a link to the article from which your content was sourced. This gives a better understanding of the context in which your section was written, and allows you to cherry pick some additional snippets that might assist you.
And so we come to the cost for Instant Article Wizard. The basic application costs a very affordable one-off charge of $67, and on the face of it, this looks like a good price. Especially when compared to the Pro version (which we consider to be a little less value: Being a hosted solution, there is an ongoing cost for access to the IAW Pro application, which currently stands at $197 per year.
If you make your money by offering article writing services to others via sites such as elance and noagenciesplease, the time-saving benefits of IAW are obvious and this tool can pay for itself in a short amount of time. For those creating their own web content, IAW can prove even more cost-effective, saving on the need to commission writers. My advice is to check out the videos on the Instant Article Wizard site, and make the decision for yourself.
